Sales Administrator - Fulltime

A varied Sales Administrator role with a respected independent estate agency. Ideal for someone who can quickly become part of a busy sales team.

We’re recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join an independent estate agency in Winchester on a 6–12 month maternity cover contract.
You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, helping ensure properties are marketed effectively, paperwork is accurate and clients receive a professional service throughout their move.
Producing letters, correspondence and sales documentation
Supporting the team with offers and agreed sales
Maintaining accurate CRM records and general office administration
Although this is a maternity cover contract, it’s an opportunity to join a well-established independent estate agency with a strong local reputation.
Previous estate agency administration experience would be particularly useful, allowing you to settle into the role quickly and support the team from the outset.
