This an opportunity for you to join a remote first, growing Fintech company who have a history of combining financial expertise, AI and world-class software. They have developed a market-leading financial advice engine with the aim to make expert financial advice affordable and accessible to everyone. Not only that, you'll be joining a company who are very active in the DevOps community, running meetups and conferences across the UK, writing blogs and contributing to open source.
You’ll be joining their platform chapter team as a senior member where you’ll be designing, building and running their platform which is Nodejs based, mostly running in Docker containers managed by Kubernetes. You’ll be part of their journey towards serverless, so you’ll need to use your AWS knowledge to help with this migration.
You’ll get the benefit of “tech fridays”, where you are able to explore whatever problems/project you’re interested in. Additionally, they will help set out a career path within the company where you’ll see your career hit new heights.
To be suitable, you’ll need to be very experienced in AWS engineering, using Terraform to provision the infrastructure as code, running Docker containers and working with either serverless or building EKS clusters.
