English ECT to join a highly successful and encouraging department
Our Client is looking for an English ECT to work within a welcoming mixed school in Leeds. The successful English ECT will teach KS3 & KS4 with structured mentoring and professional development throughout their induction year.
School Information:
This 11–18 comprehensive serves around 1,200 students and achieves consistently strong academic outcomes, with 92% achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The English department values creativity and critical thinking, supported by an extensive library and modern learning resources.
ECTs receive excellent support through weekly mentoring, reduced timetables, and access to school-led CPD. Staff describe the culture as inclusive, caring, and team-oriented, making it an ideal environment for professional growth.
English ECT with the ability to teach KS3 & KS4
• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. Legal right to work within the UK
