This is a newly created role that will be instrumental in building and developing the company's FP&A and business intelligence capability. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working with data, automation, and technology. FP&A & Commercial Finance
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling.
Support long-term business planning and performance tracking.
Deliver commercial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to improve financial performance.
Data, Automation & Business Intelligence
Build and enhance reporting capabilities through Power BI and data analytics tools.
Identify opportunities to automate manual finance and reporting processes.
Improve data quality, accessibility, and reporting efficiency across the business.
Support Board and executive-level reporting requirements.
Partner with Finance, Treasury, and Regulatory Finance teams.
Provide insight into business performance, cash generation, and key operational metrics.
Contribute to strategic projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or investment analysis.
Background in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or other analytical finance roles.
Experience within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, FX, or a high-growth environment is advantageous.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
Data-driven mindset with an interest in automation, AI, and improving reporting processes.
Able to turn complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
