The Role
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle – BD, account growth, and candidate delivery, and potential small teams (depending on level)
- Building strong, consultative relationships with clients and candidates
- Working closely with global colleagues to leverage an international network
- Recruiting for permanent roles
- Becoming a specialist in your chosen market – Tech, Creative, Product or Marketing
About You
- Minimum 18 months of 360 recruitment experience upwards – in a sector that aligns with Tech, Creative, Product or Marketing
- A strong track record in billings
- A consultative, strategic mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- A growth mindset – ambitious, coachable, and commercially driven
