Robert Half has partnered with a very well established publishing company who are excited to be bringing an additional first line support engineer to the team in London. This is a great opportunity for someone to develop well rounded foundations in IT support within a small team giving you lots of exposure and ownership.
Provide 1st line IT support
Manage Google Workspace user accounts and permissions
Support network connectivity and infrastructure
Maintain the IT helpdesk and knowledge base
Assist with IT projects and new technology rollouts
Manage IT equipment and stock levels
2-3 years experience in IT Support or Service Desk
- Strong Windows support experience
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and wants exposure to a broad range of IT systems and projects in an exciting environment.
