At Advantage Healthcare (AGH), part of CCH, we live by our values of Community, Courage and Heart, and we’re looking for like-minded people to join our growing Complex Care team in the NG16 area .
In this role, you’ll support a 93-year-old gentleman with complex care needs, including a tracheostomy. You’ll help him remain comfortable and well supported while receiving care within his own home.
Our client enjoys watching television and films and is particularly interested in football and cricket.
Providing personal care
Tracheostomy care and suctioning
PEG care
You don’t need previous care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion and resilience, as we provide full nurse-led training.
Previous experience with tracheostomy care, suctioning, PEG care, bowel management, medication administration or moving and handling would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
A meet and greet with the client will be required as part of the recruitment process.
