Residential Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home (Maghull)

Salary: £13 per hour (plus £70 per sleep)

Flora Care Solutions provides specialist therapeutic residential care for children with Autism, ADHD and learning difficulties. As a growing organisation, we are proud to open a beautiful new 3-bed children’s home in Maghull and are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team.
Our leadership team has a strong background in achieving positive outcomes with Ofsted, and we provide comprehensive training and development to support your career growth.

Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
Assist with daily routines, personal care, meal preparation, and educational support.
Safeguard young people in line with organisational policies.
Build positive and trusting relationships with children, families, and professionals.
Support children in recreational and therapeutic activities.
Develop and follow individual care plans.
Drive children to appointments and activities (if applicable).
Participate in sleep-in duties as part of the rota.
Minimum 1 years’ experience supporting young people in a children’s residential or similar setting.
Full UK Manual Driving Licence (preferred).
Understanding of child development and care planning.
Comprehensive induction and ongoing training , including therapeutic care training.
Clear progression pathways with opportunities for promotion.
Supportive management team with strong leadership and Ofsted success.
In-house therapeutic support for both staff and children.
