Jooble, the global job search platform operating in 67 countries, has announced the creation of a new Expansion Team. This team will focus on boosting its presence across all markets, with particular attention to regions that have been less prioritised in recent years.

This initiative is part of Jooble’s strategic plan to strengthen its position as a global partner for employers and job boards seeking to recruit candidates across different countries.
“Thanks to the dedicated efforts of all our teams, we have secured top positions in local rankings across many countries. At the same time, we acknowledge that certain countries have not received the attention they deserve due to limited capacity. We are now committed to addressing this gap,” said Tetiana Gorbunova, Chief Sales Officer at Jooble.

Who Will Lead the New Team
Natalia Haponiuk, who has been with Jooble for over six years, will head the new Expansion Team. Her extensive experience within the company provides her with valuable insights into customer needs and business specifics across various regions.
“Building a strong, cohesive, and results-driven team that shares common goals and works as a unified mechanism will be my key priority,” said Natalia. “Initially, I plan to focus on conducting in-depth analysis of the company’s current presence in various markets to identify segments where our service is less represented but has potential due to existing demand from site visitors.”
Tetiana Gorbunova highlighted that Jooble’s ability to support clients recruiting across multiple countries is already a key strength, and the new team will look to further enhance this.
“We already recognize our superpower in supporting clients who require candidates across multiple countries. Establishing the new Expansion Team aims to further enhance our presence in all the markets where Jooble operates, making us an even more valuable partner for our clients,” she added.
Natalia Haponiuk, Head of Expansion, also pointed out that understanding the needs of previously underserved markets will be another crucial focus of the team’s work:
“Another important direction will be studying the pain points and needs of market players that haven’t been in our focus until now. Our task is to understand their real challenges better and offer relevant value that will allow us to build long-term partnerships and expand our presence.”

About Natalia Haponiuk
Natalia Haponiuk joined Jooble in 2019 and has progressed from Business Development Manager to Head of Expansion.
Throughout her time at the company, Natalia has played a key role in growing the client base, implementing technical solutions for partners, and strengthening customer relationships. As a Customer Success Executive, she worked at the crossroads of technology, product, and business for over three years, helping companies make the most of Jooble’s services.
In February 2025, Natalia was appointed Head of Expansion. In this role, she focuses on scaling Jooble’s business and driving growth in international markets.
