Salary: £15.18 - £32.00 per hour

Shifts: 7 day week rota, 0800-1800 shift pattern can be 3 or 4 long days or 5 shorter days. Block booking only

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the community, empowering patients to maintain independence.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate person-centred care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, GP surgeries, and acute trusts.
• Assist in facilitating smooth hospital discharges and reducing readmissions.

Clinical skill set required:​

• Complex Wound care including Doppler compression
• Simple wound care
• End of life care
• Medication administration
• Catheterisation male female suprapubic
• Bowel care
• Syringe driver
• Insulin administration
• Doppler assessment
• Compression bandaging

Essential Qualifications:

• NMC registration (valid and active).
• A minimum of 6 months of NHS experience as a Community Nurse .
• Eligibility to work in the UK .
