We are partnering with our client, a respected organisation within the Investments sector, to appoint an HR Operations Lead based in St Peter Port, Guernsey on a permanent basis. This is a key role at the heart of our client’s team, overseeing day-to-day HR operations to ensure a smooth, efficient and compliant people function that supports their strategic growth.
Skills
- HR Operations Leadership – taking ownership of core HR processes and workflows, ensuring consistency and operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
- Process Improvement – reviewing existing HR practices, identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical enhancements to improve service delivery.
- Stakeholder Management – working closely with managers and leaders across our client’s team to understand HR needs and provide clear, reliable guidance.
- Organisational Skills – managing multiple HR activities and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confidentiality & Integrity – handling sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism at all times.
What you’ll do
- Oversee core HR operations activities for our client in St Peter Port, Guernsey.
- Coordinate and streamline HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Support managers with operational HR queries and guidance.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Work closely with the wider HR function to support the Investments sector business.
