An established specialist provision within a respected multi-school trust is looking for a SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team. The school supports pupils with: SEMH needsAutism (ASC)ADHDSpeech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)Associated behavioural challenges Duties Include: Supporting learning within small class settingsProviding 1:1 intervention and emotional supportHelping pupils develop confidence and independenceAssisting with behaviour and sensory regulationSupporting teachers with differentiated activitiesBuilding positive relationships with pupils and families The ideal applicant will: Have previous SEN or youth support experienceBe resilient, patient and adaptableHave excellent communication skillsBe committed to supporting pupils with complex needs This role would suit candidates from education, care, youth work or support work backgrounds looking for a permanent opportunity within specialist education. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
