Faststream Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Human Resources Manager on behalf of a leading luxury ocean cruise operator.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-class shipboard team, leading HR operations and supporting a positive and professional working environment onboard.

Key Responsibilities Manage shipboard HR processes and employee relations across all departments.; Advise Department Heads on performance, disciplinary and HR matters.; Manage conflict resolution, investigations and grievances.; Ensure compliance with MLC regulations and company HR policies.; Support crew training, development, engagement and career progression.;

Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager either on board or within a Luxury Hotel.; Diploma/qualification in Human Resources Management.; Previous shipboard experience preferred.; Experience working within multicultural teams. ; Strong employee relations, leadership and communication skills.; Fluent written and spoken English.; Valid seagoing documentation including full STCW basic safety training. ;
