Office Manager, Doncaster
£33.28k per annumThis is not your typical office/centre environment.
It is an office within a unit, surrounded by the factory and warehouse.
Hours:
- 7am – 3pm
- Monday to Friday
- Hours can be flexible – a full day shift must be worked but they can accommodate hours
Pay:
- Up to £33,280 per year depending in experience
Duties:
- Working with amazon orders, printing off pick sheets ready for the warehouse team to order pick items
- Checking all batch codes match before deliveries are picked up
- Managing transport, booking collections and deliveries
- Chasing transport – should anyone not arrive / running late
- Dealing with calls and emails
- Managing the desk
Experience needed:
- Previous experience within a logistics and transport office environment is essential
- Confident, resilient and assertive, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Available to attend an interview during the week commencing 10th and able to start as soon as possible
