We are hiring energetic and confident International Call Center Agents to join our rapidly growing team in Dhaka. This is a high-volume, voice-based process where you will handle outbound and inbound calls for our international clients (USA/Canada/UK). If you have excellent communication skills in English and are looking for a stable career with unlimited earning potential, this is the job for you. Freshers with strong spoken English are highly encouraged to apply.
**Job Responsibilities**
- Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls for international customers.
- Pitch products or services clearly, explain offers, and answer customer queries.
- Generate and qualify leads to convert them into successful sales or appointments.
- Follow call scripts and guidelines while maintaining a professional tone.
- Meet daily and monthly call, lead, and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the CRM.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide satisfactory resolutions.
- Coordinate with the team lead to improve call quality and conversion rates.
**Educational Requirements**
- SSC / HSC / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
**Experience Requirements**
- 0 – 2 years of experience in any field.
- Experience in a call center or telemarketing role is a plus, but not required.
