Aspire People are looking for SEN experienced Teaching Assistants to support a Northamptonshire based secondary school that supports students with special educational needs and disabilities. You will work with pupils with a diverse learning and cognitive needs, including those on the autism spectrum. We are currently seeking Teaching Assistants who can contribute to delivering high-quality teaching and learning across the school and the ideal candidates will be equipped to help students progress, develop life skills, and achieve recognized qualifications. About you We are ideally looking for candidates with previous SEN experience (this could be from a school setting or elsewhere) and you will need to be a resilient, empathetic, and positive individual with a passion for supporting children with SEN and Additional Needs.
