Measurement & Effectiveness Lead - Ad Products
£65k per annumFull-time
Up to £60k base + £6k bonus + benefits ( 3 days p/w)
Be the 1 st hire in a newly created Media Effectiveness function. My client is a leading and innovative digital media business that’s investing heavily in the future of advertising measurement and campaign effectiveness.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business where measurement and effectiveness are becoming central to its commercial strategy, offering genuine scope to influence product development and client success.
They’re looking for a Measurement & Effectiveness Lead to take ownership of the campaign measurement strategy, helping advertisers understand the true impact of their digital media investment through robust insights, research, and data-driven storytelling.
About the role:
- Designing measurement strategies across direct and programmatic campaigns
- Delivering effectiveness studies including brand lift, attention and campaign performance analysis
- Working closely with commercial teams to create measurement frameworks that support client objectives
- Identifying optimisation opportunities to improve campaign outcomes
- Producing insightful post-campaign reports and compelling case studies
- Managing relationships with leading measurement and research partners
About you :
- Experience within an AdTech company, media owner, agency or measurement/research provider
- A strong understanding of media effectiveness, digital measurement or advertising research
- Knowledge of digital advertising metrics, platforms and campaign analytics
- The ability to transform complex data into clear, commercially valuable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with attention measurement, brand lift or sales lift solutions would be particularly valuable.
Up to £60k base +£6k bonus + benefits
