The Telford Langley School is a vibrant secondary school located in the heart of Telford, committed to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. We are currently seeking an Alternative Provision Lead to join our Learning Support and Enrichment department. This role focuses on supporting Key Stage 4 students who are at risk, helping them engage with their education and achieve positive outcomes.

Subject Focus: At-risk Students Role Overview:
As the Alternative Provision Lead, you will work closely with students who require additional support outside of mainstream lessons. You will develop tailored programmes that meet individual needs, promote engagement, and help improve attendance and behaviour. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. Skills and Qualifications:
- A passion for working with young people, especially those facing challenges in education
- Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to plan engaging activities that support learning outside the traditional classroom setting
- Organised approach to managing student progress records
- Willingness to learn new strategies for supporting at-risk learners
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or working towards QTS preferred but not essential Values and Attitudes:

- Positive attitude towards teamwork within the school community
