Our Sales & Business Development team works hand in hand with our clients to help them identify the right products and solutions to address their sustainability challenges. Whether they are corporate clients or public institutions, whether they are looking to offset their carbon emissions or engage in a comprehensive sustainability journey, we have a solution that will deliver lasting impact and take them a step further toward their social ambitions. As we focus on our core operations and long-term strategic planning, we are committed to staying connected with the professional community, we are opening this strategic talent pipeline for our Sales & Account Management organization.
Note on Current Hiring: While we do not have an active vacancy at this time, we are establishing this Talent Pool to identify high-caliber professionals who share our values and may be interested in future opportunities as our requirements evolve. This is a proactive initiative to build relationships for our future roadmap, ensuring we are ready to move forward with the right talent when the time is right.
Requirements:
We are looking to connect with results-driven, action-oriented professionals who are genuinely passionate about the climate change industry. We are interested in candidates across the seniority spectrum who demonstrate:
Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense with the ability to identify and seize opportunities in a challenging and competitive market environment.
Track Record: A history of generating new leads and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Strategic Thinking: Critical thinking and decision-making skills combined with advanced prioritization and time management.
Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
Expertise: We welcome sales professionals with more than 2 years of experience. For our mid-to-senior profiles, we specifically value 6+ years of business development experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the sustainability and/or climate fields.
Mindset: Self-direction, a sense of urgency, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with resilience.
