Wir suchen einen Kundenbetreuer, der unseren Kunden ein absolut herausragendes Erlebnis bietet. Jemand, der in der Lage ist, effektiv Chancen zu erkennen, Kontakte zu knüpfen und Geschäfte durch den Trichterprozess zu leiten und den Abschluss und die vollständige Aktivierung von Anfang bis Ende zu verwalten. Ihre Mission
- Erreichen potenzieller Kunden über mehrere Kontaktpunkte und Kanäle, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der Kaltakquise liegt
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer soliden Lead-Akquisitionsstrategie, Identifizierung von Schlüsselsektoren, Diversifizierung der Basis potenzieller Kunden und Aufrechterhaltung eines konstanten Aktivitätsniveaus
- Aufbau und Verwaltung Ihrer eigenen Pipeline, von der Akquise bis zum Abschluss und Account Management, Maximierung der Akzeptanz und Nutzung von Möglichkeiten für Upselling und Cross-Selling
✅ Was Sie benötigen
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse und mehr als 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, insbesondere im Bereich Outbound Sales und Prospecting
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Ausdrucksvermögen am Telefon
- Nachgewiesene Entschlossenheit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein in einem schnelllebigen Start-up-Umfeld
- Neugier und die Einstellung eines schnellen, datengesteuerten Lernenden, der sich in einem dynamischen, kollaborativen Umfeld wohl fühlt
