About the Role
This is a nationwide role . You must be willing and able to work away from home during the week as required. RMLFS covers all accommodation and provides a staying away allowance and dinner money for all overnight stays.
Scope of Work:
- Strip and re-sheeting (metal and flat roofing systems).
- Liquid roofing, overlays, and patch repairs.
- Rooflight replacements.
- General reactive and planned maintenance.
- Working safely on live commercial and industrial sites.
- Liaising with in-house scaffolding teams where required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 x SSSTS-qualified Supervisor in the gang.
- All operatives must hold valid CSCS cards.
- Proven experience in commercial roofing.
- Must be able and willing to work nationwide and stay away during the week.
- Own van, tools, and full PPE.
- Strong understanding of site health and safety.
- Additional qualifications (desirable): PASMA / IPAF / Asbestos Awareness / Working at Height.

- Operative Day Rate: £180 – £220
- Supervisor (SSSTS): £220 – £250
