GSL Education South Yorkshire branch are seeking an Early Years Practitioner (EYP) to join supportive schools in Barnsley . We are interested in hearing from a caring and enthusiastic professional who can support children's early development, encourage curiosity, and help build strong foundations for future learning. The EYP will have a rewarding opportunity to help children build confidence, develop essential life skills, and achieve important early learning milestones. Responsibilities of Early Years Practitioner: * Support the delivery of engaging activities that promote early learning and development
* Encourage children's communication, social interaction, and independence
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
* Observe and monitor progress, contributing to developmental records where required
* Work closely with colleagues and families to support children's individual needs
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing through nurturing support Requirements for Early Years Practitioner: * Relevant Early Years qualification or equivalent is advantageous
* Understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles
* Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences
* Strong observational skills and attention to developmental progress
* Positive, caring, and energetic approach to working with young children
