What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with account enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across every interaction.
You'll build rapport quickly, listen carefully to customers' needs, and take ownership of enquiries through to resolution. Success in this role comes from balancing efficiency with genuine care, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
Role Details
- Pay: £13.00 per hour plus holiday pay
- Location: Birmingham City Centre
- Contract: 12-month temporary contract. Opportunities to secure a permanent position based on performance and business requirements
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm
- Full flexibility is required across operating hours, with shifts scheduled in advance
- Hybrid working available following training (3 days office, 2 days home)

- Remain calm, solutions-focused, and work collaboratively as part of a team
