Having made 3 key hires in recen years, this this burgeoning team is seeking an additional private equity partner as part of their continued strategy for growth in this team.
The group specialises in domestic and international private equity transactions, regularly advising private equity funds, portfolio companies, management teams and sellers, selling to private equity.
They specialise in private equity transactions for financial sponsors and their investee companies in the UK, Europe and Globally. They also provide independent advice to c-suite managers undertaking private equity transactions as well as vendors on exits where private equity are potential bidders.
The team is very much 'on the up' in the mid-market deals space. This is a great time to join.
The firm maintains a PEP considerably north of £1m, whilst maintaining a commercial yet down to earth culture.
