We're looking for a Behaviour & Inclusion Support Worker to join a specialist setting in West Wakefield, supporting children and young people who may have experienced exclusion, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, or barriers to learning in mainstream education. What you'll be doing Supporting pupils across a range of ages and abilitiesWorking one-to-one and in small groups to help students engage with learningBuilding positive relationships with young people who may struggle in traditional classroom environmentsSupporting pupils with SEMH, SEND, autism, ADHD, and behavioural needsHelping create a safe, structured, and positive learning environmentWorking closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and wider support staff This role could be a great fit if you...
