Location: Paignton, Devon, TQ4
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Contract: Temporary, until Christmas
gap personnel are recruiting for an experienced and reliable Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis until Christmas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous administration experience who is confident using computers and has strong skills across Microsoft Word, Excel and other office-based systems .
The Role
- Providing general administrative support
- Updating and maintaining records and databases
- Using Microsoft Excel and Word on a regular basis
- Managing emails, documents and general correspondence
- Inputting and processing information accurately
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office duties
- Ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong computer and IT skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A professional and reliable approach
