Are you an experienced AI Revenue Growth Manager with expertise in enterprise AI sales, business development and strategic account growth?
Join a rapidly expanding AI services organisation at the forefront of the generative AI and physical AI revolution. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on driving new revenue opportunities across the UK and EMEA, partnering with frontier AI labs, robotics companies and enterprise AI adopters. You will play a critical role in launching and scaling an innovative AI data services business, helping organisations build, evaluate and improve next‑generation AI systems.
About the role
You will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities across the AI ecosystem. Working directly with senior leadership, you will own the regional go‑to‑market strategy, build strategic relationships and establish a strong revenue pipeline across foundation model providers, robotics companies and enterprise AI customers.
This role combines consultative selling, market development and strategic partnership building, positioning AI data, model evaluation and specialised AI services as critical enablers of customer success.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute regional go‑to‑market strategies for AI data and AI services offerings
- Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities across AI, robotics and enterprise technology sectors
- Build and manage a high‑value sales pipeline aligned to ambitious growth targets
- Conduct strategic account mapping, prospecting and market development activities
- Lead consultative sales engagements from discovery through contract negotiation and close
- Position AI data services, model evaluation, red‑teaming, RLHF and related AI solutions to senior stakeholders
- Create compelling business cases that demonstrate measurable commercial value and ROI
- Build long‑term executive relationships with clients, partners and industry leaders
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop commercially viable solutions
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support product and strategy decisions
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM management and pipeline reporting
- Support successful transition from sales to delivery while identifying long‑term account growth opportunities
What we're looking for
Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development or strategic account management
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex B2B environments
- Experience selling technology, AI, data services, cloud solutions or enterprise services
- Experience building new markets, launching service offerings or growing revenue from a low base
- Established relationships within AI, enterprise technology, robotics or emerging technology ecosystems highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
Skills
- Strong consultative sales and solution‑selling capabilities
- Ability to communicate complex AI and technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences
- Deep understanding of AI services including data annotation, model evaluation, RLHF, red‑teaming, synthetic data and embodied AI workflows
- Strong commercial negotiation and closing skills
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles end‑to‑end
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
- Strong strategic planning and revenue forecasting abilities
- Ability to translate customer challenges into scalable commercial solutions
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced business qualification
- AI, machine learning or sales methodology certifications
- Experience selling into foundation model providers, AI labs or robotics organisations
- Knowledge of agentic AI, LLMs and enterprise AI adoption strategies
- Existing network within AI, machine learning or advanced technology markets
