As a Resourcer, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging healthcare professionals who are in demand across the UK and Ireland. • Responsible for identifying and engaging healthcare professionals who are in demand across the UK and Ireland.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 1 to 2 years' experience in a recruitment or customer facing role, demonstrating the ability to build relationships, identify opportunities and develop long term talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer experience focus and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail, ensuring accurate record keeping and compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using recruitment, CRM or other digital systems.

Desirable Skills

• Degree level education or equivalent experience.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment.
• Experience using ATS/CRM System.
