Face-to-Face Tutor (Qualified Teacher) - Make a Real Difference
Location: Lincolnshire (PE21 and PE22) Boston & Mablethorpe
Hours: 10+ per week | Self-employed
Are you a qualified teacher looking for meaningful work beyond the classroom?
Equal Education is seeking passionate tutors to support children and young people who need education delivered differently. You'll work with learners who may be outside mainstream education, including Children Looked After (CLA), learners with SEND, Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC), and those who have experienced exclusion.
As a tutor, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact through personalised, one-to-one support in English, Maths and Science at KS1-KS4 and Functional Skills level.

We're looking for qualified teachers who:
• Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification
• Can deliver in-person tuition during school hours
• Are willing to travel locally
• Have experience supporting young people
