- Advising employer and employee clients on a wide range of employment law matters
- Managing complex Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing cases
- Providing strategic advice on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and restructuring processes
- Advising on TUPE transfers, business reorganisations, and workforce issues
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Supporting partners on high-value and complex matters
- Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships
