HARDWARE, a growing London-based fashion label, has a fantastic opportunity to join our team and work closely with our Designer & Founder.
We’re looking for a committed, enthusiastic, and hands-on assistant eager to grow within a fast-paced, creative brand environment.
This role is primarily remote with very flexible hours, but applicants must be London-based and available for in-person meetings three days per week.
Role Overview:
- Create CADs for collaborations and new season collections
- Assist the Designer & Founder with daily tasks, admin, and organisation
- Support in sample development, fittings, and liaising with production teams
- Film BTS of the process and have the skill set for editing reels and tik toks
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience
- proven experience liaising with international factories
- Excellent CAD skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Highly confident in creating detailed tech packs for international factories
- Strong product development and production experience
- iMovie or similar editing skills for social media content
- Proactive, organised, and enthusiastic with a strong eye for detail
