What's the role?

The core purpose of this role is to provide essential operational and creative support to the Brand, Content & Communication Manager, helping to bring Penelope Chilvers’ collections, craftsmanship and brand storey to life. Acting as a key coordinator for the team, you will assist with brand partnerships, press outreach, and owned retail events while remaining strictly aligned with our business critical path. This is a foundational development role designed for someone with lots of energy and strong relevant experience who is eager to grow alongside the company.

Key Responsibilities:

· Social Content Creation: Plan, coordinate, and create engaging, on-brand social content across shoots, events, and key brand moments to showcase our brand heritage.

· Shoot & Production Support: Assist with campaign and ecommerce shoot production by managing samples, coordinating assets, and handling logistical plans in line with the shoot timeline.

· Partnership Coordination: Support the execution of exciting brand partnerships by coordinating agreed actions, creative assets, and team communications.

· Event Planning: Help plan and deliver owned events, including researching and contacting new brands for our retail pop-up events, and managing practical on-site coordination.

· Press & PR Support: Support ongoing press activity by drafting bi-monthly PR newsletters and press releases, and coordinating information, assets, and samples for media requests.

· Creator Programme & Gifting: Support awareness-driving campaigns through our creator programme and gifting activity, keeping logs organized and communication seamless.

· Sample & Asset Management: Own the day-to-day tracking, movement, and return of marketing samples, and keep our digital brand guidelines and commercial assets meticulously organized.

· Reporting & Collaboration: Maintain accurate reporting inputs across events, partnerships, and PR while working with the wider marketing team to keep all activity aligned with product drops.

What We Are Looking For

· Foundational experience (6–12 months) in a basic marketing, PR, content creation, or showroom coordinator role.

· Exceptional organization and administrative skills—you love tracking samples, organizing assets, and keeping log sheets accurate.

· A creative eye with basic content creation skills for social media platforms.

· A proactive, high-energy team player who thrives when working with internal and external stakeholders.

Previous work experience within a luxury fashion business is essential.

Employment Terms: This is a full time position and will be offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.
