We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Attendance Officer to work alongside the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team in promoting excellent attendance and punctuality across the school.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills, together with experience of working in a school or similar environment. They will play a key role in monitoring attendance, maintaining accurate records, identifying attendance concerns and working closely with families and external agencies to improve pupil attendance and engagement.
This is an important role where building positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues is essential. The successful candidate will help ensure attendance procedures are implemented consistently, support the safeguarding of pupils through effective attendance monitoring and contribute to improving outcomes for all children.
