Raffles World Academy, Sharjah (RWAS) is a candidate school for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP).

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years teaching experience, preferably in an IB-MYP & IB-DP school as well as:
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience as an, IB-PYP, or any other outcomes based education system preferred.
• Experienced teachers with a confirmed track record in could be considered for further leadership positions
• Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies and or Economics and with a recognized teaching certification.
• Applicants with a Master’s Degree or higher will be given preference.
• Assessment for learning will be an asset.
• Good Communication and technology skills are key requirements.
