Mploy have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established Christchurch office.
This is a key role within the branch, and it will require you to support our team in managing key busy accounts, help grow the office through regular business development, sourcing candidates for a wide range of temporary and permanent vacancies, meeting and registering candidates, dealing with a range of customers over the phone to help with enquiries, writing and posting job adverts……and so much more.
We welcome applications from people with previous recruitment experience, ideally with a proven track record in sales / business development; however, we can offer training to the right person who has the ability to build good working relationships and manage time effectively and prioritise workloads.
The role requires regular visits to client sites which at times are in remote locations, so applicants must have a valid driving license and own transport. Free parking is provided, and business mileage is covered.
We are offering a good starting salary plus the chance to earn bonus based on branch performance; the core working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 am till 17:00 pm, but earlier starts are required on occasions depending on business needs.
