Senior Creative Design Manager (12 month FTC)

We're looking for a Senior Creative Design Manager to join us on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis, to define and elevate the brand and packaging design strategy for one of the UK's most recognisable retail brands. You'll shape the brand world across thousands of touchpoints, lead high profile creative programmes, and influence design seen by millions.

You'll set the long term vision for packaging and brand identity, lead flagship seasonal and tier wide design programmes, and act as the senior guardian of a brand world with huge cultural reach. The scale is vast, the creative ambition is high, and your work will have a direct, measurable impact on customer perception, brand equity and commercial performance.

You'll also shape how design is done - evolving guidelines, driving innovation, embedding insight and raising the creative bar across internal teams and agency partners. If you want a role where creativity, strategy and influence meet at the highest level, this is it.

• Set and direct the creative strategy for brand and packaging design
• Lead complex, high profile design projects from concept to delivery
• Influence senior stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial and Insight
• Evolve brand guidelines and governance frameworks
• Champion creative excellence and originality across all outputs
• Manage and inspire agency partners and internal designers
• Embed customer and cultural insight into every creative decision
• Track and communicate design effectiveness and commercial impact
• Represent the brand externally through awards and industry forums
