Job Description
Are you a confident HR professional with a passion for employee relations and making a real impact on the ground? We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing site. This role is offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a difference every day. NB: This is a Monday to Friday, site based role!
\n \nWhat You’ll Be Doing:
\n- \n
- Managing employee relations cases \n
- Leading end-to-end recruitment on site \n
- Driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives \n
- Coaching and up-skilling line managers \n
- Supporting various projects and initiatives \n
- Partnering closely with trade unions and senior managers \n
What We’re Looking For:
\n- \n
- Strong experience in end to end employee relations (day to day & complex cases) \n
- Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, and with unions \n
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment or similar \n
- Comfortable using HR systems and MS Office \n
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent) – desirable but not essential \n
