Performance Enablement Lead

We’re looking for a Performance Enablement Lead to join our People Development team in a newly created role with real opportunity to shape how performance works at Giacom. You’ll play a central role in enabling our managers and leaders to drive clarity, accountability, and high performance across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity that will move us beyond traditional performance management into a culture where our people can do their best work, every day.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design and lead our performance enablement framework, aligning individual and team goals to our wider business strategy

  • Partner with senior leaders and People Partners to identify performance gaps and translate these into practical, high-impact solutions

  • Equip managers to lead high-performing teams, embedding best practice in goal setting, feedback, coaching, and performance conversations

  • Create scalable tools, resources and programmes that support consistent, high-quality performance across the organisation

  • Use data and insight (engagement, performance, and capability data) to assess impact and continuously improve our approach

  • Support wider change initiatives, ensuring performance expectations are clear, understood, and embedded

  • Act as a trusted expert on performance, capability, and enablement

Your Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in performance enablement, organisational development, L&D, or a related people role

  • Strong expertise in performance management, capability building, and behavioural change

  • Experience influencing and partnering with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders

  • The ability to turn data and insight into practical, engaging solutions

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A collaborative, proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for helping people grow
