Location: Glasgow, G14

Salary: £30,900 per annum

Contract: Temporary Contract (Maternity Cover to June 2027)

Hours: 39 hours per week

We are currently recruiting a Team Facilitator to join our Stravaig Project. Role is based in Partick, Glasgow.

Stravaig provides emergency homeless accommodation for young people aged 16 to 25. The purpose of Stravaig is to provide a safe, nurturing and stable environment and to work in partnership with the people we support to achieve positive outcomes.

As we are an emergency accommodation the length of stay is typically 12 weeks, this is the period for stabilisation and preparing the people we support for independent living.

About You

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following :

• Experience working with individuals who are experiencing homelessness and have varying support needs
• Experience in using person centred planning techniques in addition to delivering and leading excellent support practices.
• Strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of support they deliver.
• The ability to effectively communicate with the people we support, staff teams, families, and external care professionals.
• Creating and delivering robust service designs, support strategies and risk assessments whilst managing individual budgets.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload whilst working under pressure.
• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use.
