- Enjoy a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities.
- Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff.
- Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based.
- Interact well with colleagues on the ward, and within the department, understanding that continuity in patient care is key.
- Vast post-registration experience in ENT or Ophthalmic scrub/SFA work. Have been working within a number for transitional specialties to help support a varying department.
- Qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC.
- Undertaken additional courses pertaining to your skillset .
- Excellent communication skills and will be a great team worker.
- Flexibility to be able to work evenings and Saturdays.
