We're looking for an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school this September. You'll be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them feel safe, confident and ready to learn every day. Whether it's celebrating a child's first full day in class, helping them communicate their needs, or simply being the reassuring face they can rely on, you'll make a genuine difference. What you'll be doing: Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SENDSupporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and other additional needsEncouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeingWorking closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver personalised learningHelping pupils build confidence, independence and resilience We're looking for someone who: Has previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs in a school or similar settingIs patient, calm and adaptableBuilds positive relationships with easeIs passionate about helping every child achieve their potentialCan work well as part of a supportive school team Why join Protocol Education?
