GSL Education South Yorkshire branch are partnering with vibrant schools in Sheffield to recruit Behaviour Support . We are looking for compassionate and resilient individuals who can provide consistent guidance, encourage positive choices, and help pupils engage confidently with their learning. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support pupils' emotional wellbeing while helping them build resilience, self-confidence, and positive relationships within the school community. Behaviour Support Responsibilities: * Provide tailored support for pupils experiencing behavioural and emotional challenges
* Encourage positive behaviour through consistent guidance and effective intervention strategies
* Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams to improve student engagement
* Help pupils develop confidence, resilience, and emotional regulation skills
* Contribute to behaviour support plans and monitor pupil progress
* Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment Behaviour Support Requirements: * Previous experience supporting children or young people with behavioural needs is desirable
* Good understanding of behaviour management techniques and inclusive practice
* Ability to remain calm and professional when responding to challenging situations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young people
