Art Teacher (ECT) - Secondary School - Colchester
The Headteacher of this friendly and forward-thinking secondary school is looking to appoint an Art Early Career Teacher to join a creative and supportive Art department. This role offers an excellent start for an ECT who is eager to develop their teaching practice in a school that genuinely values the arts.
The Art department is well resourced and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on creativity, experimentation, and student confidence. You will be supported through your ECT years with high-quality mentoring, structured CPD, and a clear focus on developing strong classroom practice.
