EA - Global Luxury Brand

An industry-leading, award-winning luxury FMCG company with deep heritage and a fantastic story are looking for a dedicated, experienced and impressive EA to support a major player in the firm. The C-Suite individual that this role is supporting are extremely well-respected, inspiring, exceptionally busy and in need of an EA that can pre-empt, upward manage, go above and beyond, and add serious value.

This role is based in stunning offices in SW London with great perks, a phenomenal culture, low turnover, and flexibility to WFH based on your Executives' schedule with the flexibility to be on hand out of hours when needed, but most certainly not 247.

The role will be fast-paced, varied, diverse and requires someone dedicated, pacy, who loves being an EA and providing right-hand support.

A purely business-focused EA role, with duties such as;

• Diary management across multiple time zones

• International travel planning and itineraries

• Conference planning and trade/market visits

• Gate-keeping, upward management, time-keeping, sounding board

• Stakeholder liaison

• Gate-keeping and filtering inbox

• Briefing before meetings/research

• Scheduling meetings

• Attending meetings + taking minutes

• Board packs, agendas, follow-ups, minutes

We are looking for a Senior Business EA with solid experience supporting at Global C-Suite Level. Experience in a Global FMCG/Brand would be advantageous.

However, personality fit, work ethic, high EQ and attitude are most pivotal for this hire – someone who can work at pace, be adaptable to change, be proactive and energetic, and really cares about their boss's welfare and being a phenomenal EA.
