Peterborough or Stamford | Full-Time | 5+ Years' PQE | Hybrid Working | Up to £65,000

The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a role where you can take ownership of a complex caseload, work with genuine autonomy and benefit from a strong hybrid working package?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the established Property team of a highly regarded regional law firm, with the choice of Peterborough or Stamford .

This role would suit a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ years' PQE or equivalent experience , looking to take the next step within a supportive and well-established team.

The Role
You'll manage a varied residential property caseload, including:

* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* Shared ownership and new-build transactions
* Lease extensions and more complex matters
* Identifying and resolving title defects and technical issues
* Advising on matters involving trusts, attorneys, personal representatives and matrimonial issues
* Managing post-completion work
* Providing technical support to colleagues where required
* Building strong relationships with clients and local professional networks

You'll be trusted to manage your own files with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of client care, compliance and technical accuracy.

About You
We're looking for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with:

* 5+ years' PQE or equivalent experience .
* Extensive residential conveyancing experience, including complex matters.
* The ability to manage a comprehensive caseload independently.
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
* Excellent client care and communication skills.
* A commercially aware and proactive approach.
* Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
* Strong local knowledge and professional connections across Peterborough or Stamford would be advantageous.
