Process Lead - Six Sigma is required to be part of an organisation that combines long-term thinking, investment excellence, and a strong sense of purpose. As a Process Lead - Six Sigma , you will partner with HR, People Operations, Finance, and IT teams to analyse and enhance people-related processes, maximise the effectiveness of Workday. You will lead process improvements, while driving continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.

Skills:

• Experience across Lean , Six Sigma , Agile, or similar methodologies ( Mandatory ).
• Certification in Six Sigma ( Mandatory )
• Experience in Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement, or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong background in HR or Shared Services process optimisation.
