- About The Role
- Salary: £38,220 - £40,777 per annum Contract: Permanent Hours of work: Full time, 35 hours per week Location: Service Headquarters, Bridle Road, Bootle, Merseyside, L30 4YD Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service is a fast paced and dynamic organisation with high expectations. We are looking to recruit a Data & Technology Project Manager & Business Analyst to join our Applications and Technology Team. This position certainly has a lot of variety to it and whilst we are not expecting you to undertake all the duties and responsibilities simultaneously, some of the key ones are:
- Lead on projects and develop full-scale supporting project plans and associated communications documents.
- Research and make recommendations on bought-in software applications and services in support of procurement.
- Facilitate the selection and procurement process of any commercial off the shelf applications and consultancy.
- Provide support to ensure that any new application software integration into the organisation meets functional user requirements, system compliance and interface specifications.
• 23 days' holiday, (rising to 28 days after 5 years' service) plus Bank holidays and 2 additional Extra Statutory days added to the holiday entitlement
