Senior Sales Executive - Freight & Logistics
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Salary: Up to £45,000 + OTE £15,000 p.a.
This is an opportunity for a driven, commercially minded sales professional to step into a high-impact role within a growing logistics business

* Working within a well-established, privately owned freight and logistics group with strong financial backing and continued growth The Role: * Winning new business through proactive outbound sales activity
* Building a pipeline and converting opportunities through strong questioning, negotiation and commercial awareness
* Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to onboarding and account development
* Developing long-term relationships with clients across UK and European markets
* Visiting clients and prospects to strengthen relationships and secure new opportunities
* Advising customers on shipping processes and EU customs requirements
* Growing and maximising existing accounts once onboarded
* Contributing to marketing activity including LinkedIn and campaigns What They're Looking For: * Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of winning new business
* Hungry, ambitious and motivated to progress and earn
* Confident communicator with a strong telephone presence
* Commercially aware with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems
* Freight or logistics experience helpful, but not essential
* Strong IT skills, including Excel
