Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a leading Belfast-based organisation to recruit an AP Project Assistant to join their finance team on a contract basis

The Role
You will support the day-to-day running of the AP function while gaining exposure across the wider finance team during a period of change and transformation.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing and matching supplier invoices
- Supporting payment runs and reconciliations
- Managing supplier queries and building relationships
- Assisting with month-end and audit support
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes
About You
We are keen to speak with:
- Graduates or junior finance professionals looking to build experience
- OR experienced Accounts Payable / Finance Assistants
You will have:
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Good Excel and systems skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
