Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a leading  Belfast-based organisation to recruit an  AP Project Assistant  to join their finance team on a contract basis

The Role

You will support the day-to-day running of the AP function while gaining exposure across the wider finance team during a period of change and transformation.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing and matching supplier invoices
• Supporting payment runs and reconciliations
• Managing supplier queries and building relationships
• Assisting with month-end and audit support
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes

About You

We are keen to speak with:

• Graduates or junior finance professionals looking to build experience
• OR experienced  Accounts Payable / Finance Assistants

You will have:

• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Good Excel and systems skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
