Monarch Education are recruiting Sports Coaches and Youth Workers to support primary schools across Rochdale. If you have experience working with children, young people, sports teams, youth groups or community projects, this could be the perfect opportunity to transfer your skills into education.
Many of the pupils you will support benefit from positive role models who can build relationships, promote engagement and help them develop confidence, resilience and social skills.
The Role
- Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Working with children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Encouraging participation, engagement and positive behaviour
- Delivering sports, physical activities and enrichment sessions
- Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Ideal Experience
